Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for cancellation without any fee.
• Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before production begins will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Cancellation requests must include the order number and be submitted to customer support as early as possible.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
• Applicable cancellation charges are deducted from the refund amount.

• After 24 hours: 10% cancellation fee (if not in production)
