Ownership of physical products transfers upon shipment. Electronic products are considered delivered when sent via email or made available for download. Accuracy of submitted files is solely your responsibility.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Limitation of Liability
PrintSaathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from the use of this website or services.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Credit payments are due within 30 days of invoice issuance. Late payments attract interest at 18% per annum.
Confidentiality
Uploaded files are deleted after printing unless legally required. Users are responsible for ensuring legal rights to all submitted materials. Government-issued documents must be clearly marked as copies.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value.
Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, location, and logistics partners. Delays caused by third parties are outside PrintSaathi’s control.
Special Offers and Coupons
Promotional offers are subject to specific conditions. Only one coupon may be applied per order. Post-order coupon adjustments are not permitted.
Printing Variations
Minor variations in print output may occur due to production limitations. Borderless printing is not supported unless explicitly stated.
Definitions
Business Days: Days excluding weekends and public holidays in India.
Business Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM IST on business days.
